My name is Rednam Narayanamma from Yernagudem village. I am currently a student. My family is financially dependent on my father, who works hard to support us. Understanding the challenges he faces, I decided to step up and contribute.

I joined the 90-day Free Machine Training Program organized by PARD INDIA with the Collaboration of Jayam Solutions Ltd. The training was very useful I learned valuable stitching and machine handling skills. I also received a certificate upon completion, which has boosted my confidence.

After completing the training, I began stitching blouses, school uniforms, and daily wear for villagers. Now, I confidently take stitching orders from the local community and earn a steady income. With this, I can support my father and ease our household expenses

Thanks to this training, I’ve started earning by taking stitching orders and now helping my father manage our household expenses. I’m truly grateful to PARD INDIA and Jayam Solutions Ltd., for giving me a way to support my family while continuing my education.
