With the aim of providing better healthcare services to people in rural areas, PARD INDIA, in association with the Lions Club, organized a free heart health medical camp on Sunday at the premises of Sri Sangamithra Vidyalayam, Dubhacherla.
Around 100 people benefited from the camp, where renowned cardiology specialist Dr. Bhagyashree conducted medical examinations and provided consultations. Patients who attended the camp with complaints such as breathlessness, palpitations, and chest pain were examined. Blood pressure and blood sugar tests were also conducted.
ECG and echocardiography tests were provided to those who required further evaluation. The medical team also offered appropriate guidance and medical advice regarding heart-related health concerns.
As part of emergency healthcare support, the organizers stated that eligible patients requiring further investigation were facilitated to undergo angiogram tests worth ?12,500 free of cost through the NTR Vaidya Seva scheme.
The organizers said that their objective is to make essential healthcare services more accessible to people living in rural areas. They also advised people not to neglect their health and to consult a doctor promptly if they experience symptoms related to heart problems.

The camp served as an important initiative to promote early detection, preventive heart care, and accessible medical services among rural communities.
